ORCA uses My Dog Entry (MDE) for online entries for CPE Trials only.
You must create an MDE account to enter a ORCA CPE on line. Refer to the
instructions on the MDE webpage for help with this. It is free.
•ORCA trials are listed on the MDE website at https://mydogentry.com/public/clubs/104.
Select the trial you want to enter and click the “Create Entry” button to create your online entry.
• Same as for manual entries, your entry is not complete until payment is received, including any gift certificates or worker coupons.
• FEES
There are 2 ways to pay your trial entry fees online:
By credit card. MDE uses Square to process credit card payments.
By adding funds to your MDE account via Zelle. Zelle is a free bank to bank transfer service; not all banks and credit unions use Zelle.
Information about MDE’s fees is available at https://mydogentry.com/public/fees. These
fees are non-refundable; absolutely no exceptions.
• You can withdraw before the closing date by adjusting your entry in MDE. Refund of entry fees paid by credit card and Zelle will be handled through MDE’s automated system. If you withdraw after closing, you must contact the trial secretary directly. Refund of entry fees paid
by credit card and Zelle will be handled by ORCA and may take up to 10 business days for ORCA to send a refund check.
• ORCA VOUCHER AND GIFT CERTIFICATE REDEMPTION
Email the trial secretary at least 2 business days before you plan to enter online with the type of voucher. The secretary will enter the information into MDE; it will automatically be applied to your trial entry.
